EVERYTHING YOU NEED

The ERS system is a modular endodontic instrument designed specifically according to your individual needs.

Available module components:

THE HANDLE

One universal handle that fits ALL types of working micro tips – LOWER cost, SIMPLICITY and efficiency for cleaning, disinfecting and sterilizing.

LIGHT (hollow center), ERGONOMIC designed handle that fits perfectly in the hand.

The surface of the handle has spirally arranged HIGHLIGHTS to assist in a firm grip with the hand in any type of glove (latex, nitrile, vinyl), even when saliva is present.

LONG SPRING JUMP – an extremely important feature that allows you to properly dose the holding force of the broken instrument by precisely adjusting the degree of pull-out of the locking wedge.

The system is universal for both RIGHT– and LEFT HANDED doctors and is designed to work in ANY hand grip position of the operator: forehand, backhand, towards each other, away from each other. The threaded sleeve of each working tip is fixed rotationally to the pin of the tip, which allows precise, smooth and simple regulation of the setting of any working angle of the tip with regard to the long axle of the trigger lever.

Just behind the circular ribbing are two 1mm/0.4mm diameter micro-windows opposite. These allow the tube to be inserted into the broken instrument at an acute angle (rather than just 180°), still conducting observation under the microscope!

The micro-wells also serve to provide additional mechanical retention if part of the broken instrument passes outside the tube. This is an absolutely unique feature of the ERS system which ensures an extremely high gripping force of the broken instrument.

The angle of the movable wedge is designed to effectively lock the thinnest instruments with a low taper angle inside the tube, as well as modern rotary or reciprocating files with a high taper angle (up to 8°).

The system of automatic return of the wedge to the initial position (hidden inside the tube outside the micro-windows) after releasing pressure on the trigger – the “blow back system” – allows you to work quickly and efficiently in the root canal if you miss a broken instrument. There is no need to do ANYTHING to retry catching the broken instrument in the root canal – just release the pressure on the trigger!

DISINFECTION

It is not necessary to use any special adapters in order to perform effective disinfection and cleaning of the tip interior with the pressurized liquid stream after the work. The thread fits also to the classic Luer syringes, but it is recommended to use for rinsing and disinfecting the inside of the syringes with Luer-lock tip. They allow to generate higher fluid pressure without risk of sudden disconnection of the syringe tip connection. The working tips have permanent engraved markings that do not degrade during sterilization process.
